📝 Ingredients

• 3 Sausage
• 250 g Mozzarella Cheese
• 1 Egg
• 30 g Granulated Sugar
• 8 g Dry Yeast
• 400 g All Purpose Flour
• 4 g Salt
• 100 ml Warm Water
• 250 g French Fries
• 2 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
• Cooking Oil
• Mayonnaise (optional)
• Ketchup (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. 1In a big bowl, crack the egg then mix it with a whisk.
2. 2Pour the granulated sugar and dry yeast into the bowl, mix well.
3. 3Mix well the flour and salt, then put it into the bowl.
4. 4Pour the warm water into the bowl, mix it with the spatula first then knead the dough with your hand until smooth.
5. 5Ferment the dough for about 1 hour.
6. 6While waiting for the dough to ferment, divide the mozzarella cheese into three parts.
7. 7Skewer the sausages and mozzarella cheese.
8. 8Cut the french fries into a square shape, then place them into a bowl.
9. 9After 1 hour, coat the sausage and mozzarella cheese with the dough, not too thick.
10. 10Take the excess dough with your wet hand.
11. 11Stick the potatoes into the dough.
12. 12Sprinkle the breadcrumbs between the gaps.
13. 13In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
