My family goes nuts over this homemade lasagna. It's been made the same way for years and years. This amazing dinner is three layers of lasagna noodles, meat sauce and cheeses. Feel free to double the recipe to eat one now and freeze another for later!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 40 oz marina sauce
- 15 lasagna noodles
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 oz ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
