Silky smooth hummus made with jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice. Inspired by Pita Jungle's popular Jalapeno Hummus.

- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 2 c water, plus more if you want it thinner
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
- 1 jalapeño, stem removed and seeded
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c + 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp salt
