Our easy copycat LongHorn Steahouse recipe features corn grilled until tender, then brushed with butter and crema and finished with Parmesan and paprika.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Prepare the crema by adding the sour cream, heavy cream, and salt to a small bowl.
  2. 2Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. 3Add the Parmesan and paprika to a small bowl and mix until combined.
  4. 4Before turning on the barbecue, lightly spritz the grates with cooking spray.
  5. 5Preheat the barbecue to 400 F.
  6. 6Place the corn on the barbecue and grill, turning every 4 minutes or so, until cooked through.
  7. 7While the corn is cooking, melt the butter.
  8. 8Remove the corn from the barbecue and brush with melted butter.
  9. 9Brush the corn generously with the crema.
  10. 10Sprinkle the corn with the Parmesan mixture and serve.
