  • 1.5 lbs goat meat (with bones)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ponder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tsp bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

    Wash the goat meat and drain.

    Cut the onions, ginger, tomato, and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic.

    Turn the instant pot to sauté mode.

    Heat some olive oil, then add onions, ginger, garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes.

    Stir for about 2 minutes, then pour in half a cup of water.

    Add the goat meat, curry powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and cinnamon.
