  • Large Saucepan

  • 1 x Large Microwavable Bowl
  • 1 x Small Bowl
  • 1 x Piping Bag
  • Cocktail Stick or Skewer
  • 300 g (10.6 oz) Digestive Biscuits
  • 140 g (1 + 1/4 Cups) Dried Cranberries
  • 140 g (2/3 Cup) Unsalted Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Malted Milk Powder (Horlicks)
  • 500 g (17.6 oz) White Chocolate, broken
  • Red Food Colouring (Optional)
