Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe

- Electric Stand Mixer or Large Bowl with Electric Hand Whisk
- 2 x 20cm (8″) Round Loose Bottom Cake Tins
- 200 g (1 + 2/3 Cup) Self Raising Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 50 g (1/2 Cup) Cocoa Powder
- 200 g (1 Cup) Golden Caster Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 200 g (3/4 + 1/8 Cup) Softened Butter
- 4 x Eggs
- Zest of 2 Large Oranges
- 2 tbsp Orange Juice
- 200 g (7 oz) White Chocolate
- 4 tbsp Orange Juice
- 200 g (3/4 Cup + 1 tbsp) Fromage Frais

Break the white chocolate into a large bowl...: Break the white chocolate into a large bowl and add the fresh orange juice. Melt in 10 second intervals in the microwave, stirring well each time. (You could also do this in a bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.)
