Gnocchi Caprese

A fresh tasting tomato sauce and chunks of fresh mozzarella turn a simple gnocchi dish into a southern Italian specialty.
Ingredients

- 2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
- 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Basil
- Dash Of Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
- 2 Cups Fresh Mozzarella Cut Into 3/4 Inch Chunks
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Basil
