Traditional Tuscan almond biscotti made to dip into sweet wine.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole, Raw Almonds
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons Butter Softened
- 2/3 Cup of Confectioners Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tbs. Almond Extract
