These easy, sweet and healthy air fryer baked apples with walnuts, honey and raisins are the perfect treat, dessert or breakfast.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • 6 tsp raisins
  • 2 tsp roughly chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut the apples in half down the middle, and scoop out the core. Sprinkle some cinnamon, and fill the apples with raisins and roughly chopped walnuts. Finally, drizzle over some honey. Estimate one half apple per serving.
  2. 2Place the filled apples in an air fryer with a little space in between each of them. Air fry at 350° F or 180° C for 15-20 minutes, or until the apples have softened enough to easily pierce with a fork.
  3. 3Make sure to check the apples towards the end of the cooking time, as your air fryer might cook faster or slower than suggested.
  4. 4The apples are best served immediately while they are still warm.
