MyPlate Tuna and White Bean Salad

Looking for an easy, no-cook salad? Try this delicious Tuna Salad, made with GOYA® Low Sodium Small White Beans, tuna, pimientos, olives and fresh basil. Just toss it all with a vibrant vinaigrette of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red wine vinegar and GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Adobo Light with Pepper (50% Less Sodium)
- 1 cup Low Sodium Small White Beans
- 2 cans Tuna with Vegetables in Oil
- 1 jar Fancy Pimientos
- 2 tbsp. Reduced Sodium Capers
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 4 cups of either shredded fresh turnip greens or arugula or baby kale or lettuce greens

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar and Adobo in medium bowl.

Add beans, tuna, pimientos, capers or olives and basil.

Toss together just until combined.

Serve over greens.
