You've got to make these golden brown and crispy gluten-free potstickers at home. They're made with simple ingredients, jam packed with a tasty chicken and veggie filling.

  • 40 gluten-free wonton wrappers (3 batches of the egg roll wrapper recipe)
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup champignon mushroom, sliced
  • 1 pound ground or minced chicken
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Water to brush
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp. of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. red chili flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
