  • 1/2 cup strong espresso
  • 1 cup dairy-free butter (2 sticks), room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla paste or gluten-free vanilla extract
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free milk (or milk of choice)
  • Vegan Caramel Sauce, or your favorite store bought one
