- 1 and 1/2 pounds (680g) diced cooked chicken (approximately 2 and 1/2 cups)
- 2 to 3 chopped celery (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, grapes, and walnuts. Stir to combine. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pepper, sea salt, and onion powder until evenly dispersed.
