Cucumber Dill Sauce Recipe

If you love tzatziki, this cucumber dill sauce has a similar fresh, bright flavor but is made extra creamy with the addition of sour cream and mayo.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream ((or plain Greek yogurt))
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 English cucumber, (finely chopped (about 1/2 cup))
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch of kosher salt
- pinch of cayenne pepper

In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 English cucumber, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, zest of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, a pinch of kosher salt, and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
