Air Fryer Mushrooms (Garlic Portobello)

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil (We use spray oil for easy application.)
- 2 Portobella Mushrooms (Large Flat Mushrooms)
- 20 grams Butter (at room temperature)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- pinch Salt and Pepper (to season)

Prepare all the ingredients, make sure butter is soft enough before you start cooking mushrooms.

Oil: Spray or brush, approx 1 tsp Oil over the 2 Portobella Mushrooms

Face Down: Place in the air fryer, cap side facing up. Air fry for 4 minutes at 200℃/400℉

Butter: Meanwhile, chop 2 tsp Fresh Parsley and 1 clove Garlic, add to a small bowl with 20 grams Butter.

Mix together to make a herby garlic butter.

Face Up: Turn mushrooms over, stem side facing up. Add the butter on or around the stem.

Air Fry: Cook for a further 4 minutes at 200℃/400℉.

Season: Remove and serve. Season with a pinch Salt and Pepper and garnish with more fresh parsley.
