  • 8 ounces goat cheese (softened)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (add more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (sub with 1 teaspoon dried or your favorite fresh or dried herbs)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (add more if you like spicy flavor or omit entirely if you prefer)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (add more to taste)
  • crackers, baguette, sliced figs or your favorite fruit, for serving (optional)

Instructions

    Place the softened goat cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl and whip until light. Add the honey, chopped thyme, and pinch of salt, and beat until combined.
