Tuna Mayo

Ingredients
- 2 tins Tuna (in spring water/ brine or oil)
- 10 tbsp Mayonnaise (real or low fat)
- 1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard (or other mustards)
- Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tin Sweetcorn
- 1/2 Red Onion (finely diced)
- 1/4 Cucumber (finely diced)
- Salt and Black Pepper

Drain the tuna and sweetcorn.

Dice the onion and cucumber.

Mixing Bowl: Place the tuna, salad and vegetables into a large mixing bowl

Condiments: Add mayonnaise and mustard, worcestershire and season with salt and black pepper.

Mix all together until well combined. If you like it creamier add more mayonnaise.

Serve with jacket potatoes, mix into pasta, serve with salad or inside a sandwich.
