This banana milkshake is thick, velvety, and rich- perfect when a craving for a chilled creamy smoothie hits! Best of all, this healthy vegan milkshake recipe contains just 4 ingredients and is dairy-free with no added sugar!

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe bananas (frozen)
  • 1 1/4 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Melted peanut butter and dairy-free chocolate (to drizzle (optional))

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Watch the video in the post for easy visual instructions.Peel 4 medium bananas and slice them into 1-inch (2-3 cm) pieces. The weight of the peeled bananas should be about 300 grams. Add them to a container or freezer bag and freeze until solid, about 45-60 minutes.
  2. 2Add the frozen bananas, the dairy-free milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until super smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Drizzle the insides of your glasses with a bit of melted peanut butter and dairy-free chocolate for presentation (this step is totally optional). Pour the milkshake into the glasses and optionally top with some dairy-free whipped cream. Enjoy!
