📝 Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 10 oz Caesar Salad Kit
  • 6 sub rolls
  • 1 Tablespoon butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a shallow bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and salt & pepper.
  2. 2Cut each chicken breast into 3 pieces, place between two sheets of plastic wrap, and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. 3Press each piece of chicken into the coat mixture until evenly coated on both sides.
  4. 4Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden and the chicken is cooked through (165º F)
  5. 5Lightly spread the butter on the inside of each sub roll. Lightly toast in the oven or a toaster oven.
  6. 6Meanwhile toss together the salad kit using the ingredients included, until the lettuce is well coated.
  7. 7Divide the salad mixture onto the toasted sub rolls. Top with a cooked piece of chicken. Top with more Parmesan cheese if desired. Place on the top bun to serve.
