  • tuna packed in water 6.00 oz canned tuna or salmon
  • packed in water drained
  • Plain Nonfat Greek yogurt 2.00 tbsp
  • olive oil 1.00 tsp
  • green onion (scallion) 2.00 tbsp chopped scallions or other onion
  • green olives 1.00 tbsp chopped green olives
  • lemon 1.00 tsp lemon zest
  • walnuts 2.00 tbsp chopped toasted walnuts or other nuts
  • avocado 1.00 large avocado slice in half
  • pit removed
