  • 450 g turkey mince
  • 70 g cream crackers (8 crackers, broken up)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • Spray oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180ºC (fan assisted, 200°C non fan)
  2. 2Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly - I find the best way to do this is with your hands
  3. 3Divide the mix into four equal balls and shape them into burger patties
  4. 4Spray a baking tray with oil and place the burgers on it. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way; until they are browned and crisp on each side
  5. 5If you are going to serve the burger in a roll, just before the burgers are ready to come out of the oven, toast the buns on a warm griddle
