Chocolate Orange Rocky Road

Ingredients

• 200 g chocolate orange
• 100 g milk chocolate
• 100 g butter (unsalted)
• 150 g golden syrup
• 125 g chocolate orange KitKats/Fingers
• 100 g orange Matchmakers
• 100 g chocolate orange Smarties
• 100 g digestive biscuits
• 50 g marshmallows
• 30 g milk chocolate
• Mini chocolate orange segments and chocolate orange smarties (optional)

Instructions

   Line a 20x20cm tin with parchment paper and set aside

   Add 200g chocolate orange to a heatproof bowl along with 100g milk chocolate broken into chunks, 100g unsalted butter and 150g golden syrup

   Melt in the microwave in short bursts, stirring after each burst

   Cut up 125g chocolate orange KitKats/Fingers and 100g orange Matchmakers into small chunks and break 100g digestive biscuits up. Add them to a bowl with 100g chocolate orange Smarties and 50g marshmallows

   Pour over the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly

   Tip it all into the prepared tin and level out

   Melt 30g milk chocolate and drizzle over the rocky road. Add a few more chocolate orange segments and any other decorations you like

   Put in the fridge to set for at least a couple of hours, or overnight
