Air Fryer Steak Bites

These quick and easy air fryer steak bites take only 6 to 8 minutes to cook. They are seasoned with lots of garlic and spices, and they come out tender and juicy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, evenly cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, combine steak, olive oil, paprika, italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to let the flavors come together (if you're running out of time, even 5 minutes of seasoning works!) Tip: You can season up to 2 days in advance.
- 2
Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes.
- 3
Arrange steak bites on the air fryer basket, in one single layer, without overcrowding (cook in batches as needed). Air fry at 400 degrees until desired doneness: 6 for medium-rare, 8 minutes for medium, and 10 minutes for well-done. Note: There’s no need to spray the beef with cooking oil prior to cooking.
- 4
Make the garlic butter: Combine all the garlic butter ingredients listed above and mix. Set aside.
- 5
Serve the steak bites with the prepared garlic butter as a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
