📝 Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (or 1 packet dry ranch reasoning)
  • 1 bunch parsley (chopped, for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (20°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  2. 2Wash and dry the potatoes, then use a knife to cut each of them in half.
  3. 3Add potatoes, olive oil and Ranch seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Using a large spoon, stir the mixture well to thoroughly coat the potatoes.
  4. 4Arrange the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between them so they are not touching.
  5. 5Cook for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and can be pierced easily with a fork.
