Chocolate Apple Pops

These pops don't last too well so it's best to eat them within a couple of hours of making them.

Ingredients
- 1 large apple (you should be able to get about 8 balls from 1 apple)
- 100 g milk chocolate (choose a brand that melts well - I used Lindt)
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- 1
Melt the milk chocolate (100g) - I melt mine in a saucepan over a very low direct heat, but you can also use the microwave or a bain marie if you prefer.
- 2
Use the melon baller to scoop balls from the apple.
- 3
Put these onto the cake pop sticks.
- 4
Decant the melted chocolate into a bowl, dip the apple pop into the melted chocolate. Tap it a couple of times to knock off any excess.
- 5
Dip the pop into the sprinkles, then leave for the chocolate to set (or just eat them straight away :-) )
