  • 6 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or add to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or add to taste)
  • Garnish with lemon slices and parsley if desired
