📝 Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin (if it has silverskin on it remove it.)
  • 1/2 cup hoisin
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or cayenne if you like it hot)
  • chopped green onions for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1All all the ingredients except the pork to a bowl with a lid or a ziptop bag.
  2. 2Cut pork into 2-inch cubes.
  3. 3Add the pork to the marinade. Marinate 2 to 12 hours.
  4. 4If grilling, add the pork to skewers and preheat the grill to 400℉. Cook, turning to caramelize each side, and cook through.
  5. 5If cooking on the stovetop, add the pork to a preheated skillet and cook, turning to caramelize each side, and cook through.
