  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (cut in bite-sized)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup (6 oz | 170 g) pineapple (diced )
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce (2.70 oz | 80 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced )
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat a large skillet on medium high.
  2. 2Season pork pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. 3Heat a non-stick skillet with oil. Stir fry pork for 2 minutes.
