📝 Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk ((1/2cup + 1/4cup))
- 1/2 cup cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- Pinch of salt ((1/4 teaspoon))
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1In a blender, add the eggs, milk, water, sugar, melted butter, salt, nutmeg, and flour. Blend for about 15–20 seconds until the batter is completely smooth and silky. It should be thin, like a light pancake batter. You can also use a bowl and whisk.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- 3Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, tilting it in a circular motion so the batter spreads evenly.
- 4Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start lifting and the bottom turns golden.
- 5Flip gently and cook for another 1-2 minutes
- 6Transfer your crepes to a plate and cover them with a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
- 7Your delicious crepes are now ready. Serve them just as they are or get creative with your favorite toppings or fillings.
