  • 1 kg Chicken Wings ((10 to 15 pieces))
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika or Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Chicken Seasoning Cube
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Aluminum Free Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pat the wings dry with paper towels and toss them in a bowl with paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, crumbled seasoning cube, and cumin until evenly coated.
  2. 2Add 1 tablespoon of aluminum-free baking powder (not baking soda) to help create a super-crispy exterior.
  3. 3Arrange the wings in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded for even cooking. See notes on alternative cooking methods.
  4. 4Set your air fryer to 185°C (360°F) and cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking or flipping the wings halfway through for even browning.
  5. 5--- For the Sauce: ---
  6. 6In a bowl, combine ½ cup BBQ sauce, ¼ cup Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, and ½ teaspoon lemon juice and mx until well combined.
  7. 7Pour onto the hot wings and toss until evenly coated.
  8. 8After glazing the wings, return them to the fryer for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze and boost the crunch. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious wings!
