- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika

First, chop the parsley, pickles, scallions, and garlic.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, scallions, relish, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, garlic, and paprika. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until velvety and well combined.
