Lemon steak bites

- Bola de Lomo 4 Bifes (Carne de Res en fetas)
- Ajo 1 diente
- Jugo de Medio Limón
- Aceite de Oliva 4 Cdas.
- Sal 1 Pizca
- Pimienta a gusto

En una sartén a fuego medio colocar aceite, a penas levanta temperatura añadir los bifes y colocarlos bien separados unos de otros. Condimentar con sal y pimienta, y añadir el ajo picado. Cocinar durante 1 a 2 minutos.

Voltear los bifes y cocinar durante otros 2 minutos. Mientras se cocinan, añadir el jugo de limón y el orégano.

Retirar y servir en el momento.
