Lemon ice cream

Ingredients
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) lemon juice
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar to beat the cream
- 397 grams (14 ounces) condensed milk
- Chocolate syrup for garnish

Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

In a bowl, whisk the condensed milk with the lemon juice. Add the whipped cream and fold gently with a spatula.

Pour the cream on a rectangular glass container and freeze about six hours or overnight.

Remove from freezer, garnish the ice cream with chocolate syrup and serve.
