  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of dry spice rub ((ingredients below))

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cooking spray

  • 3 Tablespoon light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
