No holiday season is complete without a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. This snack board is full of all of your favorite deli items, is easy to put together and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • Spreads (a variety of jams, jellys & mustards)
  • Cheese
  • Cured Meats (a variety of meats such as salami, prosciutto, pepperoni etc)
  • Crackers & breads (a variety of crackers, baguette and breadsticks - I used my favorite gluten-free Crunchmaster crackers)
  • Fruit (a variety of fresh and dried fruit such as grapes, berries, clementines, dates, dried apricots)
  • Nuts (almonds, roasted pistachios, candied pecans)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish (optional))

Instructions

    Grab a large platter or a cutting board (ceramic platters, slate cheese boards, marble slabs work as well).

    Place all jams, preserves, mustards, or dips into small bowls or shallow dishes and place on the board.

    Arrange cheese selection and rolled up or sliced cured meats on the platter.

  4. 4

    Scatter crackers and breads to fill up space, then add your fruit and nuts to complete the beautiful charcuterie board.

    Add mint leaves as garnish and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
