Pork Roll-Ups, a fast and easy Dinner Recipe. Pork never tasted so good. Easy and quick stuffed pork slices. Perfect for any get together.
📝 Ingredients
- 4 thin slices of pork
- 2-3 dashes black pepper
- 1-2 pinches salt (depending on if you use prosciutto di Parma or cooked ham)
- 4 slices prosciutto di parma or cooked ham slices
- 4-8 slices cheese -slices (fontina, gruyere, firm mozzarella or swiss cheese)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour for dredging
- 4-8 toothpicks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 fresh sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine (good quality dry wine) or vegetable broth
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Lightly pound the slices of meat, sprinkle with pepper and salt (depending if you use prosciutto or ham), on each slice of pork top with a slice of prosciutto or ham a stick or two of cheese and roll, secure with a toothpick.
- 2Place the flour in a plate and dredge each roll up in the flour.
- 3In a medium pan add the butter, olive oil and sage, heat until the butter has melted, add the roll ups and brown on each side. Add the wine and heat on high 2-3 minutes, lower heat to medium cover and cook 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
