📝 Ingredients
- 5 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar ((or rice or red wine) )
- 15 oz Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 head garlic ((peeled and crushed))
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion ((thinly sliced))
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil

- 2thinly slice beef: Thinly slice the beef* and place into a large mixing bowl.
- 3marinate beef in bulgogi sauce: Add all the Bulgogi sauce ingredients and toss to coat. Marinade for 24 hours.
- 4Heat pan or griddle over high heat. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil.
- 5cook beef: Cook meat in its marinade (briefly strained) for about 5 minutes per batch. I cooked the beef in about 3 batches.
- 6serve with rice: Place bulgogi beef on a platter and serve with a side of rice.
