  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese ((or 1 cup grated cheddar cheese))
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 cup chicken broth
