Lobster Roll

Simple yet flavorful ingredients make all the difference in a delicious lobster roll recipe. Pile onto toasted buns and enjoy some of the best lobster tail has to offer!
Ingredients
- 18 ounces lobster tail
- Old Bay seasoning (to taste)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
- 1/4 cup celery (chopped, 1.75 ounces)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 hot dog buns (or New England style buns, toasted with butter)

Steam the lobster tails or use another method of cooking that you prefer. In our Steamed Lobster Tail recipe, we use pepper and Old Bay to season the meat. If you are using another cooking method, be sure to season the lobster.

Cut the cooked lobster meat into bite sized chunks.

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, onion powder, horseradish sauce, celery, fresh chives, and lemon juice. Stir well.

Stir in lobster chunks.

Pile mixture into toasted buns.
