Air Fryer French Toast (Regular, Sticks, and Frozen)

Making air-fried french toast is a great way to use up your leftover bread and give yourself a breakfast or snack option that's quick and easy. It requires minimal prep work! I'll also show you how to air-fry toast sticks and how to cook them from frozen.
Ingredients
- 8 slices brioche or white bread, cut into 1.5-2 inch slices
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (191°C) and lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
- 2
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and cinnamon until combined, and no lumps remain. While whisking, gradually add the milk, vanilla, and melted butter and whisk until fully combined.
- 3
Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture to coat both sides and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through. Repeat with the remaining bread slices.

Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
