Roxanne’s Beef Curry Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef (with or without bone, depending on preference) cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1-2 sprigs scallions, cut into quarter inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into quarters
- 3 1/2 heaping tbsp curry powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 4 tsp salt (to taste)
