- 1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, for cream cheese
- 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar for cream cheese
- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water for egg wash
- Flour for dusting
- Powdered sugar for dusting
