  • 3 persian cucumbers (sliced into half moones)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced into halves or quarters)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pink pickles or any pickles (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup shawarma sauce (white sauce)
