Perfect for a quick and flavorful Korean BBQ, this pork and beef bulgogi marinade uses a delicious store-bought Korean BBQ sauce as the base, with a few extra ingredients to liven it up. Use either galbi/kalbi or bulgogi sauces.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb meat (thinly sliced beef or pork belly/pork shoulder)
- 1 cup store-bought Korean BBQ sauce (CJ or Wang brands)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Mix: together Korean BBQ sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Adjust to taste if needed. If it’s too sweet, add a little light soy sauce.
- 2Add the meat and marinate: for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge for better results.
- 3Grill: Thinly sliced meat requires about 2 minutes of grilling per side. For bone-in meat, add an additional 2 minutes per side.
