Juicy country style ribs that are fall-apart tender, easy to make, and coated with deliciously sticky barbecue sauce.

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 pounds country style boneless pork ribs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C). Line a baking sheet or roasting pan with aluminum foil. Arrange 2 pounds country style boneless pork ribs in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or roasting pan.
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon ground mustard. Rub this mixture evenly over all sides of the pork ribs.
  3. 3Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil. Cook in the preheated oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pierced with a fork.
  4. 4Carefully remove the pan from the oven and discard the aluminum foil. Brush 1 cup barbecue sauce generously over the ribs, coating them evenly.
  5. 5Return the pan to the oven and switch to the broil setting. Broil the ribs for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the barbecue sauce is bubbling and caramelized. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
