These creamy chicken Caesar wraps feature rotisserie chicken, a homemade Caesar dressing, crunchy romaine, and baked Parmesan crisps for a cheesy touch.
📝 Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced anchovies
- Pinch black pepper
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- 2To make the Caesar dressing, place the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and refrigerate until ready to use.
- 3Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- 4Place tablespoon-sized portions of grated Parmesan on the baking sheet, spacing out evenly (about 1-inch of space between).
- 5Press the Parmesan out evenly to form thin circles.
- 6Transfer to the oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the Parmesan rounds are golden and crisp. Remove and set aside to cool and harden, about 5 minutes.
- 7Place the chopped romaine in a large bowl.
- 8Drizzle the lettuce with ¼ cup of the Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
- 9Place a tortilla on a clean work surface.
- 10Dollop a heaping tablespoon of dressing onto the tortilla and spread around the center.
- 11Top the dressing with some of the rotisserie chicken.
- 12Top the chicken with tomato and avocado slices.
- 13Top the veggies with a couple of the Parmesan crisps.
- 14Top the Parmesan crisps with about ½ cup of the dressed lettuce.
- 15Roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder, tucking in the ends. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
- 16Cut the wraps in half before serving.
