Ovo no vapor

Ingredientes

• Egg : water ratio (1 : 1.5)

Modo de preparo

   Whisk the egg and mix with water.

   Sieve the egg water into the container for steaming. Wrap the container with aluminium/plastic wrap.

   Bring water to boil. Put the plate of egg in. Steam over medium high heat for 5 mins. Open the lid and close it, steam another 5 mins. Leave the lid close for another 5 mins. Done.
