Quiche Lorraine

- 1 sheet Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs (large)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg (ground)
