Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 cups (320g) vital wheat gluten
  • 1/4 cup (35g) chickpea flour
